The quality of each item is great and an added bonus and necessity are the training videos. I am so motivated to get my feet better than ever before after years of pain and surgeries

Chronic plantar fasciitis and I will try ANYTHING. Finally got the kit and even after one week I've noticed a difference. My feet hurt so badly I can only do some of the exercises, but baby steps. It's getting better and slowly I can do more. Looking forward to being able to walk pain free!

Never disappointed with any of these products. I use this every single day not only for training but as brain breaks while I study. The limits of this product is only your imagination, you can do so many things with it.

3 days in and I am loving my solemate and using it every day! It is extremely versatile and I am already noticing differences in my toe structure. I love putting it under my standing desk to massage my feet and toes while working.

I love the sole mate kit. It provides the (very simple) tools needed for anyone to start playing and learning and improving their mobility, balance, coordination, and strength immediately. It goes to show just how low the barrier to entry could be for folks to reclaim their foot health successfully. The added benefit of it all being playful instead of work(ful) can’t be understated. The Solemate is just what I need to find strength and better balance. I use my toeseperaters and watch the videos and exercise every other day. Can’t pick up the hack sack yet but keep trying. I also wear barefoot shoes for toe splay! 68 yrs old need to keep going and balance better for yoga.

I debated buying them for a while but finally got them and I love them. Haven’t done many exercises yet but I used it daily to sit in a squat and the toe spacers are great as well. Very happy with the purchase!

The kit is a great way to start caring for and strengthening your feet. It has multiple uses, it is well made, and is a pleasing design. Also I love the many videos and the variety of exercises and play that take other parts of the body in consideration.

The older we get, the more we need to pay attention to our balance or lack there of. I'm 76 and noticing i need work in that area. These products seem to be something that will help a lot in that direction. Thank you. I need all the help I can get!!
